All prescription orders are made specifically for you, based on the prescription you provide, and require 100% advance payment.

Once your order is confirmed and lens cutting has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded — this is standard practice for all prescription eyewear, since the lenses are custom-made to your exact prescription and cannot be resold or reused.

If we make an error matching your prescription, or the frame arrives damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. WhatsApp 9730696434 us with your order ID, a clear photo of the issue, and your original prescription within 7 days of delivery.
